This Privacy Policy explains how SmallBiz Ally ("we", "us", or "our"), a service operated by SmallBiz Ally LLC, collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information you provide when you use apply.bizallypartners.com and related services (the "Service").

  • Business details: industry, time in business, monthly revenue, state of operation, and funding-related information you provide in the application.
  • Self-reported financial information: desired funding amount, use of proceeds, and self-reported credit score range.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages viewed on our Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Match you with Funding Partners whose products may fit your business;
  • Communicate with you about your application, including status updates and follow-ups;
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
  • Improve the Service through analytics and product development.

3. Information We Share

We share your information with:

  • Funding Partners: the third-party lenders and funding providers who evaluate and respond to your application.
  • Service providers: vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver messages, process data, or provide analytics on our behalf.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
  • Business transfer recipients: in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may receive compensation from Funding Partners for referrals, as described in our Disclosures.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure how the Service is used, and support fraud prevention. You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of certain interest-based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance (aboutads.info/choices) or the Network Advertising Initiative (networkadvertising.org).

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Technical log data is generally retained for up to 24 months.

7. Your Choices and Controls

You may opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP to any message we send, opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or request deletion of your information by emailing us. Note that opting out of communications may end your active application.

8. Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and opt-out. Requests can be submitted to [email protected].

9. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
