- Match you with Funding Partners whose products may fit your business;
- Communicate with you about your application, including status updates and follow-ups;
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests;
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
- Improve the Service through analytics and product development.
3. Information We Share
We share your information with:
- Funding Partners: the third-party lenders and funding providers who evaluate and respond to your application.
- Service providers: vendors that host our infrastructure, deliver messages, process data, or provide analytics on our behalf.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
- Business transfer recipients: in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may receive compensation from Funding Partners for referrals, as described in our Disclosures.

The Service is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. residents. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
